We are currently seeking a Maintenance Lead to work out of our Middletown, OH location. Position Overview: The Maintenance Lead plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of a company's facilities and equipment. This position is responsible for overseeing maintenance activities, managing a team of skilled technicians, and ensuring that all systems function efficiently. By maintaining high standards of equipment performance and safety, the Maintenance Lead directly contributes to the organization’s overall productivity and helps achieve business objectives. Key duties of the Maintenance Lead include coordinating daily maintenance operations, leading and training team members, and developing preventive maintenance schedules. They also oversee specific areas such as equipment repairs, safety compliance, and inventory management. Through effective leadership and strategic planning, the Maintenance Lead ensures that the company’s operations run seamlessly, ultimately supporting the business's success. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree preferred. • Proven experience as a maintenance technician and lead, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to help lead a team. • Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. • Proficient in welding (MIG/TIG), fabrication, and machining. • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed. • Must be able to successfully complete background screen and a physical examination that includes a drug and alcohol pre-employment screen.
