The successful candidate will be located in the greater Seattle, Washington area.** Job Overview As a Product Marketing Manager for T-Mobile’s Data & AI Commercialization team, you will lead go-to-market strategy, messaging, and channel enablement for AI-powered solutions—shaping value propositions, arming sales, and driving adoption across business and consumer segments. You’ll pair deep market understanding with crisp execution to launch complex technical capabilities with speed and clarity. In addition to core product marketing, this role also owns targeted product management for the AI platform partnering with Product/Engineering to translate voice-of-customer into requirements, run MVPs/betas, and prioritize a roadmap for select platform features spanning multiple domains. To be successful in this role, you will excel at bringing complex technical solutions to market with speed and clarity. You'll work cross-functionally to launch new AI capabilities, creating messaging that resonates with diverse audiences from consumers to small business owners. Your experience with adoption, marketing and technology products will be crucial as we expand our AI portfolio. Job Responsibilities: Product Marketing • Lead go-to-market strategies for AI solutions including market positioning, launch planning, and adoption campaigns • Develop compelling messaging and value propositions that address customer pain points and demonstrate clear business value • Create sales enablement materials and programs to support retail, direct sales, and digital channels • Build product marketing collateral including sales tools, demo materials, and educational content for technical and non-technical audiences • Partner with business sales teams to integrate AI solutions into existing go-to-market motions and drive revenue growth • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and identify market opportunities • Develop customer success programs including case studies, testimonials, and reference customers • Collaborate with training teams to ensure channel readiness for new product launches • Track and analyze product performance metrics to optimize marketing strategies and inform product development • Support strategic technology partnerships with comarketing initiatives and joint value propositions Platform Product Management • Own discovery and maintain a prioritized backlog for the platform’s core capability layer serving both Consumer and T-Mobile for Business—converting voice-of-customer into PRDs, user stories, and clear acceptance criteria. Lead MVPs, betas, and pilots for foundational services (APIs/SDKs, data and model orchestration, workflow components), analyze outcomes, and iterate with Engineering, Architecture, and UX to achieve fit and operational readiness. Education and Work Experience: • Bachelor's Degree Marketing, Business, Communications, or relevant field of study such as Computer Science (Required) • 5+ years' experience delivering successful, holistic product marketing content and collateral that can be tied to increased business revenue (Required) • 3+ years' Product management for platform/infra capabilities; owns discovery, prioritized backlog, PRDs/user stories, and acceptance criteria (Required) • 2+ years; Experience with SaaS, cloud services, or telecommunications solutions (Required) • 1+ year Experience with AI/ML technologies or conversational interfaces Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • Go-to-market excellence - Proven ability to develop and execute product launch strategies that drive adoption and revenue • Business Market Expertise - Understanding of business customer needs, buying behaviors, and ability to craft B2B value propositions • Technical Translation - Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into clear customer benefits • Sales Enablement - Experience creating effective sales tools and enablement programs across multiple channels • Communication - Strong communication skills with ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences • Analytical Thinking - Strong analytical skills with ability to use data to drive decisions and measure success • Cross-functional Leadership - Proven ability to influence and collaborate with product, sales, and engineering teams • AI/ML Marketing - Understanding of AI market trends and ability to position AI solutions for mainstream adoption preferred • Project Management - Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines #LI-Corporate • At least 18 years of age • Legally authorized to work in the United States Travel: Travel Required (Yes/No): DOT Regulated: DOT Regulated Position (Yes/No): No Safety Sensitive Position (Yes/No): No Base Pay Range: $93,700 - $169,100 Corporate Bonus Target: 15% The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
