As the Business Operations Manager, you’ll serve as a strategic partner supporting our fiber network operations — managing relationships with partners, optimizing systems and processes, and ensuring outstanding experience for our customers. Prior fiber experience is a plus or knowledge of address management. You’ll collaborate across teams to streamline operations, track performance, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, cost management, and customer outcomes. What You’ll Do • Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with T-Mobile Fiber partners to support revenue growth and customer experience goals. • Operational Excellence: Audit partner addresses and build repeatable market launch processes. • Data & Reporting: Develop and maintain accurate reporting and build dashboards in PowerBI or Tableau. • Continuous Improvement: Identify gaps, analyze root causes, and drive initiatives that improve operational efficiency and partner alignment. • Strategic Program Support: Lead cross-functional projects focused on improving systems, communications, and processes across Fiber Operations. • Financial Oversight: Manage procurement activities and cost control for partner and vendor relationships. • Leadership Enablement: Provide actionable insights, clear communication, and scalable solutions that empower teams to execute effectively. • Ad Hoc Projects: Support additional initiatives as needed to advance business priorities. What You’ll Bring • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (4+ years). • Experience: Minimum 4 years in an operational or business management environment. • Skills: • Strong organizational, analytical, and project management abilities. • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication, including executive presentation skills. • Proven success in managing and developing long-term partnerships. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment. • Experience working cross-functionally and driving alignment among diverse teams. • Mindset: Strategic, data-driven, agile, and passionate about creating impact through operational excellence. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
