US Integrated Media Lead (Paid Media, Measurement & Delivery) New York Tri-State Area (NY / NJ / CT) | Hybrid / Remote-First Iconic Global Wellness Brand About the Role We’re hiring a senior, hands-on media leader to own paid media delivery, performance, and insight across the United States — the company’s largest and most data-rich market. This is a high-impact, build-and-shape role with real ownership. You’ll be responsible for execution, measurement, and storytelling, not just plans. This is a digitally led media role (search, social, programmatic). It is not a traditional TV-first or comms-generalist position. The US represents ~50% of global revenue, making this role highly visible and critical to the business. What You’ll Own Paid Media Execution & Operations • End-to-end ownership of US paid media execution • Channels include search, paid social (Meta-heavy), programmatic, and selective streaming • Translate media plans into clear asset and content requirements • Manage pacing, trafficking oversight, hygiene metrics, and spend governance • Own budget tracking, billing accuracy, and reconciliation Measurement & Performance Insight • Design and own campaign measurement frameworks • Act as the business owner of MMM outputs (no model-building required) • Pull together platform, retail, and media data into clear performance views • Partner with agency and insights teams to turn data into action Reporting & Executive Storytelling • Lead weekly delivery and pacing reviews • Lead monthly performance readouts focused on trends and optimization • Deliver campaign wrap-ups with clear business implications • Translate complex analytics into CMO- and CEO-ready narratives Agency & Retail Media Leadership • Day-to-day senior lead with the US media agency • Own Walmart and non-Amazon retail media (~10% of spend) • Partner closely with sales and commercial teams • Amazon is managed by a separate role What Makes This Role Different • Single-market focus with investment and visibility • True ownership — outcomes, not just briefs • High exposure to senior leadership • Permission to fix, shape, and professionalize media operations • Remote-first, adult working culture What We’re Looking For • Senior paid media leader (client-side or agency) • Deep digital media experience (search, social, programmatic) • Strong analytics and measurement literacy (MMM exposure preferred) • Comfortable owning execution, reporting, and agency performance • Confident communicator with senior stakeholders • Enjoys working in environments that aren’t perfectly set up • Walmart retail media experience is a strong plus.
