Role Overview: As a Technical Services Engineer, you will play a critical role in providing warranty engineering support, technical assistance, and parts management to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with sales, engineering, and service teams to resolve technical issues and support product lifecycle management. What You'll Do: - You will provide warranty engineering support, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to TMEIC products. - You will offer technical and parts support to customers and internal teams to facilitate timely and effective solutions. - You will collaborate with sales and engineering departments to address customer needs and improve product reliability. - You will analyze failure data and recommend corrective actions to enhance product quality. - You will manage warranty claims and documentation to ensure compliance with company policies. - You will assist in the development and delivery of technical training and support materials. - You will participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize technical service processes. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical services or warranty engineering within industrial systems or related fields. - Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers, sales teams, and engineering staff. - Proficiency in managing warranty claims and technical documentation. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with industrial automation and control systems. - Familiarity with parts management and supply chain processes. - Technical certifications related to electrical or mechanical engineering. - Experience working in a customer-facing technical support role.
