Role Overview: As a Technical Services Engineer at TMEIC, you will play a critical role in providing warranty engineering and technical support to customers. You will ensure the effective resolution of technical issues and support the sales team with expert knowledge of our products and services. What You'll Do: - You will provide warranty engineering support, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. - You will offer parts support to ensure timely and accurate delivery of replacement components. - You will collaborate with sales and service teams to address customer needs and technical inquiries. - You will analyze product performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements. - You will develop and maintain technical documentation and service manuals. - You will assist in training customers and internal teams on product features and maintenance. - You will participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality. - You will travel as needed to customer sites for on-site support and inspections. What You Bring: - You have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. - You have 3+ years of experience in technical services or warranty engineering within industrial systems. - You possess strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - You have excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams. - You are proficient with technical documentation and data analysis tools. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with industrial automation and electrical equipment. - Knowledge of warranty processes and parts management. - Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software. - Ability to travel frequently to customer locations.
