What You Bring: - You have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. - You have 3+ years of experience in technical services or warranty engineering within industrial systems. - You possess strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - You have excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams. - You are proficient with technical documentation and data analysis tools. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with industrial automation and control systems. - Knowledge of motor drives and power electronics. - Familiarity with customer service and warranty management software. - Ability to travel as required to customer sites.
