What You'll Do: - You will provide warranty engineering support, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. - You will offer technical and parts support to customers and sales teams. - You will collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to address product concerns. - You will analyze system performance data to recommend improvements. - You will assist in the development of technical documentation and training materials. - You will respond promptly to customer inquiries and service requests. - You will participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality. - You will travel as needed to customer sites for on-site support and inspections. What You Bring: - You bring a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. - You have 3+ years of experience in technical services or warranty engineering within industrial systems. - You possess strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - You have excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams. - You are proficient with technical documentation and data analysis tools. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with industrial automation and electrical equipment. - Knowledge of warranty processes and parts management. - Ability to travel frequently and work independently. - Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
