Role Overview: As a Technical Services Engineer at TMEIC, you will play a critical role in supporting our industrial systems by providing expert warranty engineering, technical assistance, and parts support. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to resolve technical issues and ensure optimal system performance. What You'll Do: - You will provide warranty engineering support, diagnosing and resolving product issues efficiently. - You will deliver technical and parts support to customers and sales teams. - You will collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to address product improvements. - You will analyze failure data and develop corrective action plans. - You will assist in the preparation of technical documentation and reports. - You will support field service teams with technical expertise during installations and repairs. - You will maintain strong communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and timely resolution of issues. - You will participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality. What You Bring: - You have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field. - You have 3+ years of experience in technical services or warranty engineering within industrial systems. - You possess strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - You are proficient with technical documentation and data analysis. - You are able to work independently and as part of a team. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with industrial automation and control systems. - Knowledge of motor drives and power electronics. - Familiarity with customer service and sales support processes. - Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
