We are seeking a highly experienced Amazon Marketing Manager with a proven track record of managing and scaling Amazon accounts generating $2M+ in monthly revenue. This role requires deep expertise in Amazon advertising, product ranking, and full-funnel growth strategies at scale. This is a senior-level position for someone who has operated at high volume and can independently own performance. Key Responsibilities • Manage and grow Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central accounts • Build, optimize, and scale Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) • Develop and execute product ranking and launch strategies in competitive markets • Conduct advanced keyword research and competitor analysis • Optimize listings (titles, bullets, images, A+ content, backend keywords) • Monitor and improve ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, conversion rate, and organic rank • Manage and allocate large ad budgets for maximum profitability • Analyze performance using Amazon reports, Brand Analytics, and third-party tools • Collaborate with operations and inventory teams to support growth • Stay current on Amazon algorithm changes, policies, and best practices Required Qualifications • 3–5+ years of hands-on Amazon marketing experience • Direct experience managing Amazon accounts doing $2M+ per month • Advanced expertise in Amazon PPC, SEO, and organic ranking • Proven success scaling products in competitive categories • Strong analytical, data-driven decision-making skills • Ability to work independently and take full ownership of results Preferred Qualifications • Experience managing large SKU catalogs • Experience in competitive categories (electronics, consumer goods, etc.) • Familiarity with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, DataDive, Pacvue, or similar • Experience managing multiple Amazon marketplaces What We Offer • Salary: $70,000 – $100,000, based on experience and performance history • Performance-based growth and bonus potential • Long-term opportunity with a growing company • High autonomy and ownership over high-volume Amazon brands How to Apply Please include: • A summary of Amazon accounts you’ve managed (monthly revenue and categories) • Specific results achieved (PPC performance, ranking improvements, growth metrics) • Tools you’ve used and your direct role in scaling accounts Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Work Location: Remote
