Serve as the welcoming voice of TMC Hospitality, assisting guests via phone, email, and messaging. Handle guest issues with autonomy and problem-solving skills while supporting onsite property teams with guest requests and communications.
Candidates should have 3+ years of customer service experience and 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in OTA or hotel settings. Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with proficiency in Google Workspace, are essential.
What You’ll Do Serve as the welcoming voice of TMC Hospitality, assisting guests via phone, email, and messaging. Provide knowledgeable local recommendations and guidance. Make and manage reservations while tracking leads and earning commission on bookings. Support onsite property teams with guest requests, policy updates, and communications. Assist with guest reviews, reports, and data exports. Handle guest issues with autonomy and problem-solving skills. Schedules Available We are hiring 5 full-time team members: 2 Agents: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM EST 2 Agents: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM EST 1 Agent: Flexible (day or evening shift, depending on team coverage needs) Weekend availability is highly preferred (ideally both weekend days).
