Job Title: Childcare Provider/Personal Care Assistant Location: Chicago, IL Company: TLC Family Care Pay: $20–$22 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours (must be available at least 3 weekdays between 7 AM and 7 PM) About the Role TLC Family Care is hiring dependable and nurturing babysitters and childcare providers to support families in their homes. Pay and Benefits • Weekly Pay: Direct deposit every Friday • Competitive Pay Rates: • $20/hr for 1–2 children • $21/hr for 3 children • $22/hr for 4 children • Paid Time Off: Earn 1 hour PTO for every 30 hours worked • Healthcare Access: Free telehealth primary care • 401(k) Match: Available after 1 year and 1,000 hours worked • Bonuses & Perks: Travel incentives (when applicable) and referral rewards • Support Team: 24/7 guidance—you’re never left without backup Responsibilities • Care for children of various ages in family homes • Plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate activities • Assist with meals, snacks, naps, and daily routines • Communicate daily updates with parents and guardians • Occasionally provide companionship or basic care for seniors Requirements • At least 1 year of childcare or caregiving experience (nannying, babysitting, or daycare) • Two professional childcare references • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle • Availability for at least 3 months and 3+ weekdays (M–F, 7 AM–7 PM) How to Apply Applying is easy.
