Job Description: Architectural Project Manager/Production Coordinator Needed: Employment Type: Full-Time Work Remotely: Yes Industry: Construction / Architecture Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager/Production Coordinator to oversee architectural project execution from design through construction. This role bridges project management and production coordination, ensuring schedules, budgets, drawings, and deliverables are aligned with company standards and client expectations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable coordinating across internal teams, architects, engineers, and contractors. We need talented individuals who can contribute to all phases of design and work closely with our in-house construction team. Candidates should have three to five years of work experience in architectural design. Work Remotely: Yes Benefits: • Competitive Pay (Based on Experience) • Medical, Dental, and Vision are eligible after 90 Days • Safety Incentive Program • Weekly Pay • Vacation Pay- Receive 5 days after 1 year. • Holiday Pay Responsibilities: • Manage architectural projects from concept through construction completion. • Coordinate production of architectural drawings, specifications, and submittals. • Serve as the primary point of contact between design teams, project managers, and field personnel. • Maintain project schedules, budgets, and deliverables. • Review construction documents for quality, accuracy, and code compliance. • Coordinate revisions, RFIs, and change orders. • Track project milestones and ensure deadlines are met. • Support permitting and regulatory approval processes. • Assist with workload planning and resource allocation for production staff. • Maintain organized project documentation and records. Job Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in architecture, Construction Management, or related field (preferred). • 3+ years of experience in architectural project management or production coordination. • Strong knowledge of construction documents and building codes. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office (or similar software). • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Experience working with contractors, consultants, and regulatory agencies. • Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills. • High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED), or any combination of education that would provide an equivalent background. • Possess excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills. • Should be self-starting and organized. • Must possess a strong work ethic and good problem-solving skills. • Must be able to comply with all company policies, rules, procedures, and Code of Conduct. • Must be able to work independently or in a team setting. • 21 + years of age • Must pass a pre-employment drug and/or alcohol test. • Will also be subject to a criminal history background check. • Must be authorized to work in the United States. • This is not an all-inclusive list of job requirements and/or duties and may not encompass all mental and physical capabilities necessary to perform the job at all times, due to varying circumstances.
