Full Description

TK Interactive, located in Philadelphia, PA is a growing full-service application development company specialized in technology strategy, highly interactive content managed web, mobile-responsive and APP solutions. We are currently seeking an experienced sales executive to help expand our new business activity by identifying and closing new opportunities. As business development manager you will need to understand how to sell a complete set of web-based development services. You will bring value to our consultative sales approach through your understanding of key business drivers and challenges including how web-based solutions can deliver business results. You should feel comfortable talking with the CEO, VP of Marketing or the IT Staff. We are looking to interview candidates based in an area where you can easily service clients in the Philadelphia, Delaware, DC and New York areas. All applicants must be US citizens or residents. Responsibilities include: • Lead generation and prospecting • Meet or exceed assigned sales objectives and quotas through a consultative sales approach • Maintain pipeline activity and monitor sales activity against assigned quotas • Consultative sales; ability to work with prospects and clients to understand and identify their strategic vision, objectives and needs while aligning our services where opportunities exist • Writing proposals (based on client input as outlined in previous bullet) • Manage the sales process from lead generation through final delivery of project • Servicing your established accounts and developing new revenue streams through the expansion and growth of business relationships with these new clients • Perform sales presentations, including CMS software demonstration Job Requirements: • Must have a minimum of 4 years web and some mobile development sales experience with an established network of contacts so that you can hit the ground running • College/University degree required • Proven "hunter" background • Possess the ability to gather information on customer business processes, critical success factors, and competitive standing to deliver value-added business solutions. • Experience building a sales pipeline and positioning business to close • Consultative, solution-focused sales experience selling web solutions • Independent thinker & worker, with good judgment skills and proven track record in problem solving. • Excellent presentation skills, business writing skills and oral communication skills. • Must be capable of balancing general prospecting requirements, fulfilling customer needs and meeting company expectation and goals Compensation and Benefits: • Base salary with commissions commensurate with experience. • We offer Health Care and sales-related expense compensation
