About the Role The Senior AI Engineer will design, build, and productionize AI solutions that automate manual workflows, enhance business operations, and deliver measurable ROI. This is a highly hands-on role focused on applying modern AI technologies such as LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and conversational voice/chat systems to solve real business problems in a fast-paced environment. Reporting directly to the Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer (CAIO), this role plays a key part in executing the company’s AI strategy across the organization. What You’ll Do Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions—including voice agents, chatbots, RAG pipelines, and agentic AI systems—integrated with internal tools and services. Build and refine AI warm transfer logic (voice agent → carrier handoff). Partner with call-center engineering teams to integrate AI into live call routing systems. Develop automated evaluation tools to measure and improve voice AI performance. Integrate AI systems with MCP servers, APIs, and existing platforms using Python and modern frameworks. Collaborate cross-functionally to define success metrics, measure business impact, and iterate quickly based on performance. Communicate complex technical concepts in clear, business-friendly language to both technical and non-technical audiences. Work closely with the CAIO to deliver new features on a weekly cadence. What You Bring Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, including at least 3 years building and deploying AI solutions with measurable operational or financial impact. Strong hands-on experience with: Python and modern AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain) Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, agentic AI, and conversational AI (voice and chat) Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, or startup-like environments. Demonstrated ability to take an early-stage idea and turn it into a production-ready system. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across engineering, product, and business functions. Nice to Have Experience training and fine-tuning models on proprietary or domain-specific data, and deploying them successfully to production.
