Job Description: • Help shape the user experience strategy • Drive strategy and execution across the full conversion journey • Work cross-functionally with design, engineering, and data teams to prioritize features • Use qualitative and quantitative insights to uncover member behaviors, pain points, and opportunities • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to engagement, conversion rates, and feature usage • Share updates, insights, and blockers with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency • Keep up with best practices in UX, personalization, and fitness tech Requirements: • 3-5 years of product management experience, preferably with consumer-oriented products • Experience optimizing conversion funnels and driving subscription growth • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and customer journey mapping • Proven track record of working with engineering and design teams to ship products • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions • Comfort using data to inform product decisions • Experience in regulated industries is a plus • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field a plus. Experience in lieu of education will be considered.
