You are capable of juggling multiple projects while keeping track of customer continuity and satisfaction. You connect well with people and are responsible for the tasks assigned to you. You plan ahead and foresee things we may not even know we need yet! You take the lead in our clients best interests for utilizing and getting the best out of ServiceTitan. You must become CERTIFIED with ServiceTitan in order to provide these services. (We can provide access, but you will need to accomplish this on your own time). Salary Expectations: Starting at $70,000 depending on experience Responsibilities: • Manages meetings with clients to guide onboarding, implementation, and optimization on the ServiceTitan CRM software • Schedule daily appointments with new and existing clients • Ensure all leads, and return calls are followed up on • Pre-assess unique company issues to design proper protocol inside ServiceTitan software • Input and manage clients in CRM • Problem solve and mitigate client usage issues • Submit work completion weekly • Potential for Onsites when needed • 90% remote with regular office communication • Pricebook Import/Export procedures in conjunction with Microsoft Excel experience to aid • clients in price book training, optimization, and build-outs Qualifications/ServiceTitan Knowledge: Workflows, Best Practices, Setup and Configuration • Accounting workflows • Residential or Commercial Service and Replacement • Managing jobs and customers • Call booking • Customer communications • Dispatching • Estimates • Financing partnerships • Greensky • GoodLeap • Service Finance • Inventory workflows • Invoicing • Marketing • Memberships • Mobile • Payments • Payroll Regular • Payroll Configurable • Phones • Forms • Conditional Logic • Tax Zones • Phones Pro • Pricebooks • Excel spreadsheets experience • Projects • Commercial management • QuickBooks/Intact • Quickbooks • QuickBooks Desktop • QuickBooks Online • Intact • Reporting • Basic Settings • Backend Configurations
