Overview Uncapped Sales Commissions! Join the Titan Machinery Application team as a Territory Sales Manager and lead the charge in promoting our comprehensive line of Application products and precision equipment across your territory. This dynamic role combines rapport-building, technical expertise, and strategic account management to drive growth for both our customers and our organization. This position offers a base salary with limitless sales commissions. Base Salary/Draw Range: $32,000 to $127,500. This position is eligible for monthly commissions with no cap on earning potential and annual performance incentives, which include an average range of salary and/or draw, plus commissions and incentives that vary based on assigned territory and individual performance. Responsibilities Sales Excellence: Market and sell new and used equipment solutions, nurturing long-term customer relationships to drive satisfaction, profitability, and market share.
