Full Description

Overview This position provides leadership across all aspects of the business operations for locations in the assigned Region. In addition to directly managing the General Managers for each operational Area, this position helps drive parts, service and equipment sales and profitable growth. This position supports the financial success of the Region by ensuring that all stores in the Region meet or exceed key financial and business metrics throughout the year. • Candidate must perform role within our Northeast Region (MN: Moorhead, Crookston, Elbow Lake, Winger, Fergus Falls, Roseau, Ada, Herman & ND: Wahpeton, Casselton, Fargo) Responsibilities • Oversee all aspects of the business for the assigned Region • Lead the General Managers to optimize the business, including the Wholegoods, Parts, Rental, and Service Departments • Ensure that General Managers to develop and achieve market share goals, track monthly results, identify gaps and ensure Store action plans are in place to close performance gaps • Work with the General Managers through the CRM process to maximize sales through efficient sales and marketing efforts and strong customer relationships • Work with each of the General Managers on staffing and employee development at their Stores • Lead the knowledge sharing and implementation of best practices across Stores • Work with the General Managers to ensure that company policies and processes are being followed at each location • Work with the General Managers to meet or exceed the performance goals for each of the Stores • Grow the business in the Region through organic “same store” growth and acquisitions • Responsible for budget development for the Region, which includes working with the General Managers on the development of the budget for each Store • Partner with the General Managers in the Region to resolve any conflicts that arise between teams • Maintain strong relationships and open lines of communication with our Manufacturers for the Region • Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments • Other duties as assigned Qualifications Required: • 7+ years of related work experience and/or related military experience • 5+ years of management experience • Demonstrated strong leadership skills, including consistently exemplifying Titan Machinery’s Core Values of: People, Excellence, Integrity, and Teamwork. • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, changing, stressful work environment • Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills • Demonstrated client service skills and the ability to develop strong business relationships • Demonstrated strong negotiation and closing skills • Demonstrated sales skills including the ability to sell opportunities, ideas, and concepts • Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information • Excellent organizational skills • Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines efficiently • Keen attention to detail and a high level of initiative and ability to work independently • Strong computer skills including good working knowledge of Microsoft Office • Ability to travel up to 80% of the time and work flexible hours • Ability to handle and resolve frequent interpersonal conflict • Ability to respond quickly, accurately, and professionally to demands and requests from customers and employees Titan Machinery provides a generous total compensation package including the following: • Comprehensive Health and Dental Coverage • HSA (Health Savings Account) - up to $1500 tax-free each year, contributed to your account by Titan Machinery • Additional Voluntary Benefits such as: Vision Insurance, Life Insurance, Short-term disability and more! • 401(k) with company matching on your FIRST DAY of employment  • Company Vehicle • Competitive PTO, Bereavement, Paid Volunteer EMT, Paid Firefighter leave plans • Paid Parental Bonding/Pregnancy-Related Leave  • Performance-based incentives   • View more about our benefits on our Careers website here: https://www.titanmachinery.com/titancareers/careers/benefits Titan reserves the right to adjust compensation based on factors including but not limited to: scope and geography of the position, qualifications and experience of candidates, and other business and operational conditions.
