Overview TISTA Science and Technology Corporation, a leading federal government contractor, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Solutions Architect to join our growth team. This role is pivotal in collaborating with capture managers, business development leads, proposal managers, and pricing teams to identify, qualify, and develop innovative solutions for business opportunities. This position requires a high degree of technical acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams to drive growth and exceed customer expectations. Responsibilities Collaborate with the capture manager, business development lead, proposal manager, and pricing team to identify and qualify new business opportunities. Architect, design, and develop comprehensive solutions that align with customer requirements and business goals. Lead the technical proposal development process, including writing, reviewing, and refining technical solutions and approaches. Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations to enhance existing systems architectures of the customers based on RFQ and/or RFI information. Develop proof of concepts (PoCs) to demonstrate the feasibility and benefits of proposed solutions. Ensure solutions are scalable, cost-effective, and meet the performance, security, and reliability requirements. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure solutions are innovative and cutting-edge. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners to facilitate solution development and delivery. Provide technical leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams throughout the proposal lifecycle. Develop a detailed basis of estimate for the RFQ and collaborate with pricing team to deliver pricing volume and associated rational. Participate in strategic planning sessions and contribute to the development of growth strategies. Qualifications Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Solutions Architect or in a similar role, preferably within a government contracting environment. Proven experience in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions, with expertise in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Strong understanding of solution architecture principles, including scalability, security, and performance optimization. Experience with containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps methodologies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Azure Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF, or similar certification is a plus. Knowledge of AI/ML model development process is preferred. Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred. Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance. Location: Remote, with occasional travel as needed (up to 25%). Pay Range: The pay for this position ranges from $150,574 to $170,745. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
