Overview TISTA is seeking a Data Visualization Specialist to design and deliver intuitive dashboards, performance metrics, and visualization tools that support analytics, reporting, and leadership decision-making. Responsibilities Design dashboards and visualization tools that present complex data in clear, actionable formats. Develop performance metrics and reporting solutions for leadership and operational teams. Ensure usability, clarity, and compliance with Section 508 accessibility standards. Support leadership briefings and create compelling communication materials using data-driven insights. Qualifications Minimum 3–5 years of experience in data visualization, dashboard design, or business intelligence. Proficiency with visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik. Strong understanding of accessibility standards (Section 508) and user-centered design principles. Preferred Experience supporting federal programs or large-scale analytics initiatives. Core Competencies: Ability to translate complex datasets into intuitive, interactive visualizations. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accessibility compliance. Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to technical and non-technical audiences. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Graphic Design, or related field. Preferred Certifications in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) or UX/UI design. Clearance: The ability to pass a Tier 2/Modest Background Investigation. Location: Remote: USA.
