What you’ll be doing: Create and scale a partnership motion that turns private capital firms, consultants, and advisors into repeat sources of qualified pipeline, client growth, and retention You will own partner discovery, account mapping, partner enablement, joint business planning, referral intake, and the operational processes and data that turn partner introductions into measurable pipeline and revenue You will also coordinate partner-facing events, including the biannual PE Summit, and work closely with account teams to understand which clients and brands sit under which firms. Requirements: Minimum of three years of sales, BDR, or partnerships experience. Experience working with or in the PE and VC ecosystem is strongly preferred Proven track record of building relationships that generate measurable pipelines. Strong research and account mapping skills. Comfortable using PitchBook, Crunchbase, SEMRUSH, Pathmatics, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM systems data to maintain portfolio completeness and hygiene Excellent written and spoken communication and presentation skills. Experience coordinating partner-facing events or running enablement programming. Demonstrated CRM and process-building experience, including creating partner lifecycle stages, routing, and reports. Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Background in consulting, sales, investment operations, agency partnerships, or event programming is a plus. Core Responsibilities 1. 🤝 Acquisition & Relationship Ownership This theme focuses on initiating and managing the partner lifecycle, from finding a partner to formalizing the relationship. Prospect, qualify, and close partnerships with PE/VC firms, operating partners, and consultant networks. Be the primary relationship owner for named partner accounts. Design and negotiate referral agreements, co-marketing, co-selling arrangements, and joint business plans. Own and build a named partner portfolio. Build a personal consultant and advisor rolodex. 2. 🗺️ Intelligence & Internal Alignment This covers the strategic work of gathering data on the partner's portfolio and ensuring internal teams are prepared to act on introductions effectively. Meet regularly with account teams to understand which clients and contacts sit under which firm. Build and maintain an account mapping framework (firm → portfolio company → Tinuiti fit). Ensure tight alignment between partner owners and account teams for quick, high-quality partner introduction conversion. 3. 📈 Pipeline Generation & Conversion This theme details the operational process of turning a partner relationship into revenue-generating opportunities. Create a partner intake funnel that captures, assigns, and tracks referrals from funnel to closed/won. Work with Sales, BDRs, and Account teams to convert partner-sourced introductions into qualified opportunities. Build partner-sourced revenue attribution and a cadence to prove return on partner activities. 4. 📚 Partner Enablement & Marketing This focuses on providing partners with the tools, content, and events necessary to understand and promote Tinuiti's value proposition. Support partner enablement materials: one-pagers, case studies, playbooks, and joint webinar content. Support and coordinate events (e.g., the biannual PE Summit), including logistics, content, and follow-up. Support regular partner enablement sessions and playbook training for internal teams and partners. Partner with Client Delivery counterparts to design cross-sell and up-sell plays (Account growth/readiness). 5. ✅ Measurement & Process Ownership This final theme covers the critical role of maintaining data integrity and reporting on the health and ROI of the entire partner program. Maintain partner and portfolio records in Salesforce. Define and report monthly dashboards showing pipeline, conversion, partner contribution to revenue, and funnel velocity. Score partner health quarterly across activity, referrals, revenue, and sentiment to prioritize stewardship time. The annual base salary range for this role’s listed level is currently $70,000 - $85,000. Sales roles are also eligible for incentive pay in addition to base salary. Grade level and salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
