We are seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to architect and optimize the technology, systems, and processes that power our internal lifecycle—from lead generation to financial offboarding. Reporting to the Vice President of Revenue Operations, this role serves as a strategic engine for the organization, identifying and eliminating friction points that hinder scale. You will diagnose technological solutions to complex commercial challenges, own the integrity of our cross-departmental data, and lead high-impact projects that directly influence the company’s profitability and operational agility. Core Competencies: Strategic Solution Building: A proactive approach to discovering and resolving complex issues with a strong bias toward action and a pride in developing unique, innovative B2B strategies. Data Storytelling & Intelligence: The ability to source accurate data, perform rigorous integrity checks, and use storytelling to link narratives to active business problems and revenue opportunities. Cross-Functional Leadership: A proven track record of gaining buy-in and working alongside Business Development, Client Delivery, Finance, and Marketing to accomplish common goals. Execution & Autonomy: High degree of resourcefulness and independence; the ability to navigate ambiguity and follow through on commitments with acute attention to detail. Technological Vision: A genuine interest in unlocking new insights via AI, advanced analytics, and system integrations to create a single, cohesive view of the business. Essential Functions: System Architecture & AI Integration: Partner with leadership to develop CRM and Tech Stack enhancements; identify and implement AI-driven enhancements and automated workflows to eliminate repetitive manual tasks. Actionable Intelligence & Analytics: Build and maintain sophisticated, recurring dashboards that provide a "single source of truth" for KPIs including Revenue At Risk, Net Retention, and growth trends. Inter-Departmental Synergy: Act as the primary operational bridge between Business Development, Finance, Client Delivery and Marketing to ensure data flows seamlessly across the lead-to-cash lifecycle. Process Engineering: Create and drive the adoption of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and documentation that standardize complex global operations. Tech Stack Optimization: Proactively identify and pursue system enhancements across Salesforce, Gong, and related platforms to provide richer insights into the customer and employee journey. Strategic Enablement: Collaborate with department heads to develop programs, playbooks, and feedback loops that measure the effectiveness of operational initiatives. Data Governance: General oversight of data hygiene, de-duplication, and integrity across all platforms to ensure reporting accuracy for executive decision-making. Requirements: Experience: 5+ years in a Business Operations, Revenue Operations, or Program Management role, preferably within a digital marketing agency or high-growth B2B environment. Salesforce CPQ experience. Account Engagement (by Salesforce) experience. Prior agency experience. Technical Proficiency: Advanced Salesforce experience; expert-level knowledge of Microsoft and Google Drive suites; experience with integration tools and data visualization platforms. Education: Undergraduate college degree. Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills, with the ability to summarize complex data for large groups and adjust for various stakeholders. Self-Starter Mentality: Highly organized with a master-level command of time management and the ability to balance multiple high-priority workstreams autonomously. The hiring salary range for this role is $96,000 - $108,000 plus a discretionary performance bonus. Hiring salaries are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, parity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
