As the Senior Manager, Paid Social you will Client Management & Leadership: Spearhead the development of comprehensive paid social strategies aligned with client objectives and market trends. Provide strategic direction and oversee the execution to ensure campaigns meet defined goals, optimizing for maximum impact. Client Onboarding & Transitions: Engage with clients at a senior level to understand their objectives and translate them into effective paid social strategies. Deliver strategic insights, reports, and recommendations based on thorough campaign analysis. Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Paid Social Managers and Strategists, providing guidance, support, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. Delegate tasks, set clear objectives, and cultivate a high-performance team environment. Innovation and Thought Leadership: Utilize advanced analytical skills to interpret campaign performance data, extract actionable insights, and provide strategic recommendations. Lead the team in leveraging data to optimize campaign performance and refine strategies. Client Education: Effectively communicate and educate clients on new platforms, strategies, and industry trends in a way that is easily understood, and collaborative to strengthen the relationship. Industry Expertise: Stay ahead of industry trends, research and implement innovative tactics and technologies in paid social media marketing. Drive the introduction of novel ideas and approaches to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness and company competitiveness. Channel Expertise: Supervise and optimize multiple end-to-end paid social campaigns, focusing on setup, continuous improvement, and advanced audience targeting techniques across various platforms to drive superior ROI. Professional Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in Paid Social roles with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and Reddit 1+ year of management experience preferred. Demonstrated success analyzing data and using analytics tools to drive marketing decisions Advanced computer skills including Google Suite, Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint Ability to strategize, prioritize, manage time effectively, and drive multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment across multiple partner relationships, and internal initiatives. Ability to effectively lead and support a team of junior team members Confidence speaking with and presenting to senior management, and senior client leadership Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with external and internal teams. The hiring salary range for this role is $100,000 - $120,000 . We also offer an incentive pay program (RevShare) comprising a monthly variable revenue payment opportunity and a discretionary annual performance bonus. Hiring salaries are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, parity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
