Timothy Daniels House is a small 40 bed family owned Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility located in Holliston, Massachusetts. We are seeking kind, caring, and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants to provide quality care for our residents. Must have dependable transportation and valid MA certification. Geriatric experience is preferred but not required. We offer competitive compensation within a pleasant work environment. Responsibilities • Provide compassionate care to geriatric patients, assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. • Monitor and document vital signs and patient conditions in compliance with HIPAA regulations. • Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement patient care plans and ensure effective communication. • Utilize EMR and EHR systems for accurate medical documentation and patient tracking. • Support patients with developmental disabilities and those requiring Alzheimer's and memory care, fostering a safe and supportive environment.
