Founded in 1965, the free-admission museum is dedicated to preserving and expanding access to its world-class art collection for the public's benefit and enjoyment. While this has worked well, I want to transition everything over to Asana for a more optimized and streamlined workflow. This project-based internship is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, systems design, and learning by doing. Qualifications • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills. • Experience with Asana or other project management tools (Trello, Monday, ClickUp, etc.). • Comfort with Google Sheets and data migration. • Interest in nonprofit work, grant writing, or project management is a plus. • Ability to work independently with clear communication. Details • Type: Project-based internship (until project completion). • Location: Remote. • Compensation: This is an unpaid internship. If you are enrolled in a college or university program, we can provide verification and support paperwork for academic credit upon request. • Start Date: Flexible, as soon as possible. • End Date: When the project is completed. What You’ll Gain • Hands-on project management experience by setting up a professional workflow in Asana. • Experience designing and implementing a project management system for a nonprofit grants workflow. • Practical skills in operations, data migration, and process optimization. • A completed project you can reference on your resume or portfolio.
