About the role We are looking for a detail-oriented, design-minded Digital Graphic Designer to support our marketing and brand teams with day-to-day creative execution. This is a part-time contract role (10–20 hours per week) with remote flexibility upon completion of onboarding/training period. It is ideal for someone with strong foundational design skills, marketing design fluency, and a sharp eye for brand consistency. This role is execution-focused and perfect for someone who thrives on building clean, polished assets quickly and efficiently. You don't need a specific number of years of experience — just strong aptitude, an eye for design, and a portfolio that shows you can execute. Key Responsibilities Digital Asset Creation • Build and resize digital marketing assets including: • Email newsletters • Promotional graphics • Web banners and sales tiles • Social media assets • SMS/text graphics • Product highlights • Create scalable Canva templates for marketing teams • Support campaign launches with quick-turn production assets • Assist with simple presentation decks and internal materials Brand Consistency • Follow established brand guidelines across all assets • Maintain visual consistency across platforms and formats • Apply strong typography, hierarchy, spacing, and layout fundamentals • Incorporate feedback efficiently while maintaining quality Workflow & Organization • Manage multiple small projects at once • Strong communication and checkpoint skills • Meet deadlines and communicate clearly if timelines shift • Maintain organized design files and template libraries • Prepare final files in correct sizes and formats for web, email, and social platforms Optimization & Execution • Ensure assets are formatted properly for email, web, and social specs • Understand basic digital best practices (sizing, legibility, CTA clarity) • Support marketing and trade teams with quick-turn promo needs What We're Looking For We care more about your aptitude and execution than years on paper.
