Our product offerings include high-end exotic hardwoods, softwoods, and composites, often customized for a variety of applications. From small residential decks to complex custom homes and commercial rooftop patios, TimberTown is known for delivering top-tier materials. We excel in serving contractors, commercial builders, architects, designers, and their clients with exceptional service and expertise. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Chapel Hill, TN, with some flexibility for remote work. The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, delivering compelling sales presentations, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include promoting TimberTown’s offerings to prospective clients, collaborating with the team to meet sales goals, and staying informed about industry trends to better serve customer needs. Qualifications • Proficiency in Sales Presentations and New Business Development • Strong Relationship Building and Customer Service skills • Excellent Communication skills with the ability to convey product knowledge effectively • Ability to work independently while thriving in a hybrid work environment • Experience in the building materials or construction industry is a plus • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Marketing, or a related field • experience in the lumber business is a plus
