At Tilton's Floor Gymnastics, we pride ourselves on our exclusive 5:1 gymnast-to-coach ratio. In our cutting-edge studio, you will coach gymnasts, encompassing all ages and abilities. Your role will be integral in crafting a safe and engaging environment for each class, ensuring they are enjoyable and foster physical fitness and skill development. Our unique approach provides individual attention and tailored coaching, laying the foundation for every gymnast to reach their full potential. In this role, you'll be called upon to: • Coach/Lead/Direct (depending on experience) gymnastics classes uniquely tailored to children of all ages and abilities, honing their skills on the floor. • Coach/Lead/Direct lesson plans featuring warm-ups, , conditioning exercises, skills development, and our pioneering bungee system. • Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and pinpoint areas of improvement. • Guarantee a safe environment by enforcing safety rules and regulations and ensuring our equipment is in optimal condition. • Offer expert guidance on proper form and technique in floor gymnastics. • Inspire and motivate students to find joy in physical activity and foster their skill development. • Keep parents and caregivers informed about student progress and program updates via our advanced online software program. • Collaborate with our passionate team of instructors and staff to ensure a cohesive and effective program. • Remain at the forefront of floor gymnastics teaching practices and techniques by attending regular training sessions.
