The opportunity: Treasury Analyst We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Treasury Analyst to join our Treasury & Capital Markets team. This role will play a key part in supporting daily treasury operations, ensuring smooth execution of loan issuance, collateral management, reconciliations, and cash movements. The candidate will also serve as a primary point of communication with capital markets and cross-functional teams and support the setup of investor reporting templates. Tilt is a remote-first company, and we drive connectivity through regular company onsites. Travel for company onsites is expected at a minimum of 2 times per year. How you’ll make an impact Monitor and manage daily cash positions, ensuring adequate liquidity across lending and operational accounts, and optimize fund transfers and working capital allocation Assist with the setup, maintenance, and improvement of wire distribution instructions and related processes Drive process improvements across treasury operations, including automation of cash management, reporting, and reconciliation workflows Build and maintain treasury dashboards, financial models, and internal reports to support cash flow analysis, funding optimization, and performance tracking Assist in developing and executing the company’s FX hedging strategy to manage foreign currency exposure related to funding or operations Prepare and deliver monthly borrowing base certificates and compliance reporting, including monitoring financial and operational covenants Support lender relationship management by responding to inquiries, coordinating audits, and ensuring timely, accurate reporting Why you’re a great fit 4-6 years of financial services or treasury experience; FinTech experience a huge plus Proactive and resourceful with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Continuously challenge the status quo through critical thinking and innovation Clear and effective communicator, both written and verbal Experience with Databricks, Redash, Tableau, PyCharm and Python is a plus Ability to self-automate using Excel Macros, SQL and VBA is required Our Interview Process Initial recruiter call: A conversation to learn about your experience and what you're looking for in your next role.
