Description: Tillman Fiber is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Digital Transformation Analyst to support the operational workflow of our Technology Division. In this role, you will serve as a central coordination point for the IT team, managing the intake and requirements gathering process for new initiatives. You will facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams to ensure requests are properly documented, prioritized, and resourced. This is an execution-focused role for an early-career professional who excels at process management, documentation, and cross-functional coordination. You will report to the Director of Business Systems while supporting projects across the broader IT landscape, including Infrastructure and Enterprise Systems. Key Responsibilities 1. Project Intake & Requirements Documentation • Manage Technology Intake: Monitor and triage the queue of incoming technology requests from business units. Ensure all requests contain necessary details and business justification before assignment to technical teams. • Requirements Gathering: Participate in stakeholder meetings to capture detailed notes and translate business needs into formal Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and functional specifications. • Backlog Management: Maintain accuracy within project tracking tools (Jira/Asana), ensuring tickets are up-to-date and clearly defined to support development lifecycles. 2. Resource Monitoring & Coordination • Capacity Tracking: Maintain a master schedule of active projects and resource allocations. Identify and report potential resource conflicts or scheduling overlaps to leadership. • Meeting Facilitation: Schedule and coordinate key technical meetings, including Steering Committees and daily stand-ups. Prepare agendas, track attendance, and document decisions and action items. • Status Reporting: Aggregate updates from technical leads into comprehensive weekly status reports for leadership review, highlighting risks and timeline deviations. 3. Process Standardization & Knowledge Management • Documentation Maintenance: Organize and maintain the technical documentation repository (Confluence/SharePoint). Ensure System Architecture diagrams, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and user guides are standardized and accessible. • Process Improvement: Assist in the analysis of current operational workflows and recommend adjustments to improve the efficiency of the project lifecycle. Qualifications Required • 1–3 years of experience in IT Operations, Business Analysis, or Project Coordination. • Strong Documentation Skills: Proven ability to write clear, concise technical documentation and requirements. • Organizational Excellence: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple administrative tasks and timelines simultaneously with high attention to detail. • Technical Proficiency: Experience using project management and documentation tools such as Jira, Confluence, Excel, and Visio/Lucidchart. • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences. Preferred • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field. • Experience working in a startup or fast-paced corporate environment. • Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) or IT Infrastructure concepts. • Experience with Jira and Agile project management #LI-LV1 Requirements:
