Description: Tillman Fiber is seeking a strategic and data-savvy Digital Transformation & Project Manager to support the Office of Enterprise Resource Planning in driving digital innovation, operational efficiency, and cross-functional project execution. This role will manage a portfolio of digital initiatives across platforms such as Sitetracker, NetSuite, Hubspot, Praxedo, Paylocity, RFSmart, and others—ensuring projects are delivered on time, aligned with business goals, and evaluated through a data-driven lens. Responsibilities: • Project Management: Lead and manage digital transformation projects from initiation through completion, including scope definition, timeline management, stakeholder coordination, and delivery tracking. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to gather business requirements, define project goals, and ensure alignment with ERP strategy. • Platform Optimization: Analyze and validate data within Sitetracker and other ERP tools to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability. • Data-Driven Decision Making: Evaluate project ROI and business impact using data analytics; develop dashboards and reports to support prioritization and strategic planning. • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and growth by analyzing platform data and user workflows. • AI & Innovation: Explore and recommend AI-driven enhancements to supercharge ERP tools and automate routine processes. • Change Management: Support adoption of new tools and processes through training, documentation, and stakeholder engagement. Requirements: What we are looking for: • Strong project management skills with experience using tools like Asana, JIRA, or MS Project. • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI, Excel, SQL, and Tableau. • Experience working with ERP and business platforms such as Sitetracker, NetSuite, Hubspot, or similar. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field. • Passion for continuous improvement and digital innovation. • Positive, go-getter attitude; self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments. • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to navigate evolving priorities with confidence.
