Tillema Veterinary Clinic is looking for you! Tillema is seeking a dedicated, full-time Customer Service Representative to join our growing team! Our hospital is known for providing top-tier veterinary care, and we’re looking for someone to help ensure that our clients’ experience is exceptional every time they visit. What You’ll Be Doing: Our CSRs make a difference in the lives of our clients and patients. You play the starring role in every client experience, from checking patients in and out of their appointments, managing phones, and scheduling appointments while at the same time providing excellent customer service. What we are looking for! • Veterinary experience • Ability to use positive language & excellent communication skills • Time Management • Experience with Cornerstone is plus! • Willingness to learn and grow • A passion for both pets and people!
