About the Team The TikTok Shop Affiliate team designs and builds tools that connect creators, merchants, and consumers through performance-driven partnerships. Their work spans creator and seller onboarding, product discovery and matching, commission and payout systems, analytics, and integrations with leading creator and influencer marketing apps. The goal is to make it seamless for creators to monetize content while enabling merchants to scale sales through affiliates. About the role This role sits within Partnerships & Integrations and focuses on building the APIs and platform connections that power our affiliate ecosystem. You'll collaborate with a wide variety of partners-creators, content publishers (blogs, news, deal sites), affiliate networks (CJ, Rakuten, Impact, Awin), and influencer marketing apps (Linktree, JoinBrands, ShopMy). The team operates like a start-up within TikTok: you'll be hands-on with everything from data analysis to operations, while also owning end-to-end product strategy and success metrics. We're looking for someone who's equally excited about writing scripts and analyzing data, brainstorming with review sites to improve conversions, and working with influencer apps to bring TikTok Shop opportunities to their creators. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of technical building and creative influencer marketing. Responsibilities • Collect and analyze market insights and trends to understand the evolving eCommerce and affiliate ecosystem. • Work closely with publishers and partners-including websites, blogs, deal & coupon sites, loyalty/rewards platforms, and creator apps-to ensure their success on TikTok Shop. • Dive into data and operations to help partners optimize their participation in TikTok Shop's affiliate program. • Own the design and development of APIs that enable partners to seamlessly integrate with TikTok Shop's affiliate platform.Minimum Qualifications • 5+ years of product management experience. • Proficiency in API design and development. • Comfort with SQL, data analysis, and getting hands-on with technical details. • Strong cross-team communication skills with the ability to quickly translate business needs into product opportunities Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field (or equivalent experience). • Understanding of eCommerce, influencer marketing, and affiliate marketing ecosystems.
