We are looking for a strategic, insights-driven Publisher Solutions Manager to join our fast-growing content and media partnerships team. In this role, you will lead initiatives that empower publishers and media companies to fully leverage our platform. You’ll develop frameworks, tools, and activation strategies tailored to diverse partner needs—helping them succeed on our platform and aligning their growth with our business goals.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop scalable frameworks and strategic narratives to help publishers activate and thrive across our ecosystem.Translate partner feedback, industry trends, and internal performance data into actionable product and content solutions.Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing Science, Content Strategy, and Analytics teams to drive publisher success.Act as a publisher advocate, communicating needs to internal teams and influencing platform improvements.Analyze publisher performance and engagement through data-driven research, funnel diagnostics, and ecosystem benchmarking.Build measurement models to evaluate the impact of publisher solutions, optimize strategies, and report ROI to stakeholders.Identify opportunities to close adoption gaps and streamline publisher onboarding, activation, and content performance.Stay ahead of digital media trends and surface relevant insights to guide both short- and long-term content strategies.Qualifications5+ years of experience in content strategy, media partnerships, product enablement, or publisher-facing roles.Deep knowledge of the digital publishing and creator economy ecosystem across verticals and regions.Proven track record of developing partner-centric strategies in a content or platform environment.Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting data and translating insights into scalable solutions.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations.Bachelor’s Degree in Media, Communications, Business, Marketing, or a related field.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working in global, cross-functional teams.Familiarity with social media platform monetization, creator ecosystems, and short-form video content.MS/MA/MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.Why Join UsWe are redefining how people discover, share, and create content.
