Responsibilities The Measurement Operations team is responsible for engaging in commercial activities with Third Party Partners and Vendors to support Client Measurement on TikTok. The Measurement Operations team is also responsible for reporting on the effectiveness of Third Party Budget expenditure. The Measurement Operations team is looking for an analytical and driven Business Analyst to join our growing organization. The Measurement Operations Business Analysis opportunity is designed for a quantitative thinker eager to make an impact at the intersection of data science, financial reporting, and business strategy. In this position, you will support the Measurement Operations team by quantifying the impact of third-party measurement initiatives on our broader revenue goals. This role, which is largely internal facing, requires someone curious about emerging platforms, comfortable working with large datasets and data visualization tools, a clear understanding of database design and a strong analytical background in providing weekly and monthly reporting. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Measurement Operations Managers, Specialists, and Finance teams to analyze budget effectiveness, ensuring that every dollar spent on client measurement services drives tangible business value. Responsibilities: - Responsible for business analysis of TikTok Budget. Evaluate business health, identify potential risks and major business opportunities from a global perspective, using statistical analysis, quantitative attribution and other methods. - Conduct in-depth analysis of key metrics, trends, and performance indicators to drive data-informed decision making and support strategic business development plans with clear conclusions and implementation schedule. - Providing decision-making references for leaders and achieving data-driven business growth. - Analyze large datasets to evaluate budget expenditure effectiveness and identify key trends that drive budget value. - Assist in data visualization, reporting, and insights generation, ensuring findings are clear, actionable, and valuable to TikTok internal stakeholders. - Work closely with Measurement Operations Managers to support operational strategies and respond to business questions with data-driven insights. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Monetization Product, Measurement, Finance, Centralized Procurement, Partnerships) to ensure measurement expenditure are aligned with broader company goals. - Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in digital advertising, auction-based media, and measurement methodologies to enable actionable insights from your analyses. - Contribute to internal best practices, documentation, and team learning efforts. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: - 2+ years of experience in campaign measurement, analytics, or media strategy within advertising, tech, digital marketing, or an agency setting. - Experience working with large datasets and strong analytical skills, using tools like Excel, SQL, Python, or R. - Experience working with data visualization tools and creating dashboards. - Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, and proactiveness in problem-solving. - Strong understanding of financial and marketing metrics. - Knowledge of media buying, auction-based platforms, and ad effectiveness measurement. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: - Ability to interpret and communicate data insights in a compelling way through reports and presentations. - Effective problem-solving skills with a curious and investigative mindset. - Fast learner, highly entrepreneurial with a good sense of judgment and original thinking. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
