As an Account Manager at Tiger Tracks, your expertise in Google and Meta Ads is the foundation of your impact. We’re looking for high performers who thrive under pressure, command authority, and take ownership of results. You’ll own a portfolio of high-value clients end to end: strategy, execution oversight, communication, quality, and growth. This isn’t just campaign management. It’s business ownership. Tiger Tracks is a performance marketing agency built by former Google marketing leaders, partnering with PE firms, startups, and enterprise brands to drive measurable growth through paid search and social. What You’ll Do: • Own 7-10 client accounts, accountable for performance, retention, and growth. • Lead strategy and optimization across Google Ads and Meta Ads. • Drive budget recommendations and growth opportunities across channels and Tiger Tracks solutions. • Lead client meetings and deliver clear performance narratives and next steps. • Translate data into actionable insights and forward-looking strategies. • Maintain high standards for execution quality, reporting accuracy, and internal documentation. • Stay ahead of industry trends and apply innovative tactics to improve results. What We’re Looking For • 4+ years of paid media experience in a high-growth agency environment. • Advanced expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads (required). • Confidence leading executive-level client conversations. • Strong analytical skills with tools like Google Analytics and Looker Studio. • Proven ability to grow and retain client accounts. • Comfortable operating independently in fast-paced, high-accountability environments. • Bachelor’s degree required.
