You will work closely with government clients and internal teams to design and implement innovative technology solutions that address critical operational challenges. What You'll Do: - You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end technology consulting projects for government claims. - You will develop and implement AI-driven analytics models to enhance claims accuracy and efficiency. - You will collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements. - You will manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery. - You will mentor and guide junior team members to foster professional growth and technical excellence. - You will stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions. - You will present findings and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders and clients. - You will drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize consulting methodologies and client satisfaction. What You Bring: - You bring 8+ years of experience in technology consulting, preferably with a focus on government claims or public sector projects. - You have strong expertise in AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics techniques. - You possess excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. - You have proven leadership abilities and experience managing diverse teams. - You demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - You hold a relevant degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working directly with government agencies or in the public sector. - Knowledge of claims processing systems and regulatory compliance requirements. - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Certifications in project management (PMP, Agile) or data science.
