Role Overview: As a Senior Manager/ Associate Director in Technology Consulting focused on Government Claims, you will lead strategic initiatives that leverage advanced analytics and AI to optimize claims processing and improve outcomes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and government clients to design and implement impactful technology solutions. What You'll Do: - You will lead and manage large-scale government claims consulting projects from inception to delivery. - You will develop and implement AI-driven analytics models to enhance claims accuracy and efficiency. - You will collaborate with clients to understand their challenges and tailor technology solutions accordingly. - You will mentor and guide junior team members to foster professional growth and technical excellence. - You will drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and contributing to proposal development. - You will ensure compliance with government regulations and data security standards throughout project execution. - You will present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders and influence decision-making. - You will stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain Tiger Analytics’ competitive edge. What You Bring: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in technology consulting, preferably with a focus on government claims or public sector projects. - Strong expertise in AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics techniques. - Proven leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Deep understanding of government claims processes and regulatory environments. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working directly with government agencies or public sector clients. - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Certifications in project management (PMP, Agile) or data science. - Prior experience in business development or client relationship management.
