What You'll Do: - You will lead cross-functional teams to design and implement technology solutions for government claims management. - You will collaborate with clients to understand their challenges and develop tailored analytics strategies. - You will oversee project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. - You will mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning. - You will drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and building client relationships. - You will stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform solution design. - You will present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders, influencing decision-making. - You will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in government claims processing. What You Bring: - Minimum 8 years of experience in technology consulting, with a focus on government claims or related sectors. - Strong expertise in AI, data analytics, and digital transformation methodologies. - Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and complex projects. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. - Proficiency with analytics tools such as Python, R, SQL, and visualization platforms.
