You will play a critical role in driving data strategy and enabling data-driven decision-making for our clients. What You'll Do: - You will design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines and architectures on Azure and Databricks. - You will collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions. - You will lead the integration of diverse data sources ensuring data quality and consistency. - You will mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation. - You will optimize data workflows for performance and cost-efficiency. - You will implement best practices for data security and compliance. - You will contribute to the development of data governance frameworks. - You will stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements. What You Bring: - 7+ years of experience in data engineering with a strong focus on Azure and Databricks. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Scala, or SQL. - Deep understanding of cloud data platforms, ETL processes, and big data technologies. - Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and real-time data processing. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
