Demand Coordinator - Junior PM Contract-to-Hire Position Remote USA w /some U.S. based travel (light) US Citizenship Required We are seeking an energetic, junior-level Project Management professional to serve as a Demand Coordinator in a dual-capacity role managing both a large-scale time and labor system implementation and ongoing IT portfolio coordination across multiple service delivery teams. Must be a US CITIZEN due to the nature of the work! Key Responsibilities Time & Labor Implementation Testing Coordination • Develop comprehensive testing approaches and strategies for enterprise system implementation • Coordinate system refresh schedules to ensure synchronization across all testing environments • Collaborate with IT and payroll teams to collect requirements and plan testing activities • Create detailed testing schedules encompassing both user acceptance testing and interface testing • Document testing progress and provide weekly status updates to stakeholders • Ensure all testing results are properly captured, documented, and signed off for audit compliance Multi-Team Demand Coordination • Prioritize and plan work allocation across multiple IT service delivery teams • Partner with IT management to resolve resource conflicts and competing priorities • Maintain demand management system with accurate project data, timelines, and benefits tracking • Support development of long-term service delivery roadmaps and strategic planning initiatives Required Skills & Experience • Experience with Jira, MS Suite tools, Agile • Must have worked within an infrastructure environment • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management principles • Strong testing environment experience and coordination capabilities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work effectively with diverse personalities and cross-functional teams • Junior PM level experience preferred Work Arrangement • Remote work available with minimal travel requirements (approximately 2 business trips) • 6-month contract-to-hire arrangement with strong potential for full-time conversion • Immediate start preferred Key Deliverables • Comprehensive project plans and testing strategies • Regular status reports and testing metrics • Documentation of IT requirements and specifications • Final project reports with future recommendations • Audit-ready testing documentation and sign-offs This role offers excellent opportunity for career growth in project management while gaining exposure to both strategic portfolio management and hands-on implementation coordination in a dynamic IT environment.
