Job Title: Senior Project Manager (Commercial Construction) Location: Greater St. Louis Metro Area, MO Full-Time | Owner’s Representative | Commercial, Government & Federal Projects Tiello is partnered with a highly respected Owner’s Representative firm that has built a reputation for guiding complex projects from concept through completion. Known for its strong client relationships, commitment to excellence, and collaborative team environment, this firm provides long-term stability and an exciting portfolio of upcoming projects. Position Overview: They are actively seeking a Senior Project Manager with exceptional tenure (7–8+ years of proven experience) to take ownership of projects and lead them from preconstruction through closeout. This role is ideal for a highly experienced construction management professional who thrives in client-facing environments and is passionate about delivering projects that exceed expectations. Project & Company Highlights: • Project values typically range from $20M–$100M+ • Diverse portfolio: commercial, healthcare, senior living, higher education, non-profit, government, and federal development projects • Owner’s Rep model: act as the client’s advocate from concept to completion • Collaborative, growth-oriented culture where leadership is visible and engaged • Long-term pipeline of projects with regional and national impact Key Responsibilities: • Lead all phases of large-scale development projects as the Owner’s Representative • Manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and consultant coordination • This includes managing all phases from pre-development through design, bidding, construction, closeout, and occupancy. • Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals • Oversee design, preconstruction, construction, and turnover phases • Collaborate with contractors, architects, engineers, and stakeholders • Ensure quality, safety, and financial performance across all project stages • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members Requirements: • 7–8+ years of experience in commercial, government, or federal project management with a reputable General Contractor or Developer • Strong client-facing and leadership skills • Proven ability to manage complex projects from conception through completion • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (required) • Familiarity with construction/project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Office • OSHA 10/30 preferred Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience • Comprehensive benefits package including healthcare, retirement, and PTO • Local and regional projects (minimal travel) • Strong company culture that values initiative, integrity, and teamwork Tiello is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
