Job Title: Senior Project Manager Location: Greater St. Louis Metro Area, MO Full-Time | General Contractor | Commercial Projects About the Company: Tiello is partnered with a well-respected St. Louis-based general contractor with over 20 years of trusted relationships with their subcontractors and clients. Known for their craftsmanship, family-oriented culture, and leadership involvement from the President/Owner in day-to-day operations, this firm delivers consistent, high-quality work in both ground-up and renovation projects. Position Overview: They are actively seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead local commercial projects. With a strong pipeline, this is a fantastic opportunity to step into a stable role where your expertise and leadership will make a direct impact. Project & Company Highlights: • Scope: Ground-up and renovation work across commercial sectors • 20+ years of strong subcontractor relationships ensure smooth project delivery • President/Owner is highly involved in daily operations and team support • Reasonable flexibility for family needs (e.g., kids, weather) • All projects are local to the Greater St. Louis area Key Responsibilities: • Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality targets are met • Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, and field teams • Oversee contract negotiations, buyout, and cost tracking • Collaborate closely with Superintendents to ensure safe and efficient jobsite performance • Mentor junior team members and contribute to the company’s supportive culture • Utilize project management software (Procore or similar) for documentation and reporting Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering preferred • 8+ years of progressive commercial construction experience • Strong leadership and communication skills • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Office • Team player with a solutions-driven mindset Benefits: • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k) with company match • AFLAC accident reimbursement policies • PTO / vacation package • Strong company culture with a supportive, family-oriented team Equal Opportunity Statement: Tiello is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
