Job Title: Project Manager – Commercial & Retail Construction (Remote Flex) Location: NEED TO BE BASED OUT OF- NJ, DE, OR PA Employment Type: Full-Time | General Contractor About the Company Tiello is partnered with a highly respected General Contractor specializing in commercial and retail turn-and-burn projects, small ground-up builds, and fast-paced renovations. Their clients include national retail brands, local developers, and commercial property owners who rely on their team for speed, quality, and reliability. The Opportunity We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple commercial and retail projects throughout the nation. This role offers remote flexibility, allowing you to work from home while managing local projects and coordinating closely with Superintendents, clients, and subcontractors. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment managing multiple small ground-up and renovation projects simultaneously. Project Focus • Retail buildouts and renovations • Commercial tenant improvements • Small ground-up commercial buildings • Turn-and-burn retail projects • Restaurant and storefront construction Typical Project Size: $100K – $5M Delivery: Ground-up and renovation Key Responsibilities • Manage multiple commercial and retail projects from preconstruction through closeout • Coordinate with Superintendents and subcontractors to maintain aggressive schedules • Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contracts • Track budgets, costs, and financial reporting • Communicate regularly with owners, tenants, and project teams • Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office to manage documentation What You Bring • 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial or retail construction • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously • Ground-up and renovation experience preferred • Strong organizational and communication skills • Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office • Ability to manage projects independently in a remote environment Compensation & Benefits • Competitive base salary: $90,000 – $115,000 (DOE) • Bonus structure • Remote flexibility with local project oversight • Vehicle allowance or mileage reimbursement • 401(k) with company match • Medical, dental, and vision coverage • Strong backlog and long-term stability Tiello is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
