Role Overview: TiDB is seeking a Partner and Cloud Alliance Specialist to lead and support the execution of partner and cloud alliance initiatives in regional markets. This role will focus on driving joint go-to-market activities, managing operational execution, and ensuring alignment between TiDB, cloud providers, and regional partners. The ideal candidate is action-oriented, detail-driven, and passionate about accelerating business growth through partnerships. Responsibilities: Regional Go-to-Market with Cloud Vendor • Execute regional co-selling activities with cloud vendors to accelerate deal closure. • Lead and support global programs for regional execution. • Drive joint value propositions, sales enablement assets, and regional marketing campaigns. Partner Program • Assist in onboarding and enabling new regional partners from program level. • Manage deal registration processes and ensure timely partner support for active opportunities. • Lead and execute partner programs to support partner enablement, training, and certifications. Cross-functional Collaboration • Partner with regional Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align GTM activities with business goals. • Act as the operational bridge between global alliance strategy and regional execution. • Support internal teams with partner-related materials, case studies, and joint value propositions. Operational & Reporting Support • Maintain accurate partner data, pipeline status, and activity reporting. • Prepare regular reports for leadership on GTM activity progress and impact. • Ensure compliance with partner program requirements and incentive processes. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliance management, or business development in the technology or cloud industry. • Strong understanding of regional go-to-market execution, preferably in collaboration with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP). • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing cloud partnerships with global technology companies. • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
