You will serve as a key contributor within Nuveen’s Sales Learning & Development team, driving comprehensive learning strategies across Distribution sales channels. In this role, you'll support and contribute to learning solutions spanning three critical areas: New Hire education programs, Product education initiatives, and Advanced Selling Skills development. You'll help develop strategy, drive execution, measure impact, and facilitate the adoption of learning programs that accelerate the capabilities of our distribution sales professionals. Based on your strengths and business needs, you'll take primary ownership of one or more of these focus areas while actively contributing to all three. Working closely with US Sales Leaders and business partners, you'll accelerate knowledge of Nuveen products, asset classes, the competitive landscape, regulatory and business practices, and technological platforms. Your expertise in both the distribution business and best-in-class learning practices will help align our capabilities with the needs and opportunities across Nuveen's sales organization. You'll partner with key stakeholders throughout Nuveen, TIAA Investments, Product, Marketing, and other areas of the firm to deliver impactful learning experiences that drive measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities and Duties New Hire Education Programs Program Strategy & Development Support the development and implementation of comprehensive New Hire onboarding programs for US and global sales roles Partner with Sales Leadership and Learning and Development to conduct learning needs analyses and create onboarding business plans that align with Nuveen's business strategy Design learning journeys and assessments that accelerate time-to-productivity for new sales professionals Content Development & Delivery Develop and deliver sales-related content for New Hire programs, including foundational selling skills, product knowledge, team tools and processes, and platform proficiency Create effective measurement frameworks to track efficacy and impact of onboarding initiatives Facilitate New Hire training sessions and workshops, both virtually and in-person Continuous Improvement Analyze performance data and gather feedback to continuously refine and improve New Hire programs Collaborate with business partners to ensure onboarding content remains current and aligned with evolving business needs Product Education Initiatives Product Learning Strategy Collaborate with Product, Investment, and Marketing teams to design educational solutions for Nuveen products and asset classes Develop deep understanding of the firm's investment strategies and capabilities relevant to distribution clients (alternatives, credit, fixed income, equities, etc.) Support or co-lead product education deliveries for sales audiences across distribution channels Educational Content & Programs Design and deliver learning solutions that build comprehensive product knowledge and competitive intelligence Create assessments and action plans that measure product knowledge proficiency Partner with subject matter experts to translate complex investment concepts into accessible, sales-focused learning experiences Advanced Selling Skills Development Skills Development Strategy Support the development and implementation of advanced selling skills strategies for distribution sales professionals Contribute to strategic plans that support and institutionalize client engagement and sales processes Advanced selling skills encompass sophisticated client engagement techniques, consultative selling approaches, solution-based selling methodologies, and strategic relationship management practices that elevate sales professionals beyond foundational competencies Facilitation & Coaching Facilitate advanced selling skills training and workshops for sales professionals Coach sales professionals and leaders on incorporating best practices in client engagement and consultative selling Deliver high-impact learning experiences that drive behavioral change and measurable business outcomes Measurement & Assessment Create and maintain effective measurement frameworks to track efficacy and impact of advanced selling skills initiatives Design assessments and action plans for sales roles across distribution channels Analyze performance data to continuously refine and improve advanced skills programs Cross-Functional Leadership & Innovation Stakeholder Collaboration Build strong partnerships with Sales Leadership, Product teams, Marketing, and other business partners to ensure learning solutions meet business needs Collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization across multiple business areas Travel periodically to build deeper stakeholder relationships and deliver in-person learning experiences Innovation & Efficiency Leverage artificial intelligence and other technological solutions to increase efficiency and scale learning solutions Manage vendors and third-party partners delivering learning services to ensure quality learning design Stay current on learning industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance program effectiveness Educational Requirements University (Degree) Preferred Work Experience 3+ Years Required;
