High school preferred, no experience required but 2+ years preferred, and FINRA registration indicator NRF.
The Senior Service Coordinator job uses knowledge of replacement transactions to conduct reviews and potentially remediate enrollments for all jurisdictions. This position requires a high level of accuracy, collaboration with sales and operations, and occasional interaction with clients and agents. Key Responsibilities and Duties • Assist team manager with work distribution, monitoring queues, and ensuring team is positioned to meet service level agreements (SLAs). • Provide day-to-day support for registered representatives. • Assist team manager with report creation and distribution for team productivity and quality. • Primary point of contact for remediation questions and process, and Internal Audit requests. • Assist new team members on all aspects of team procedures. • Provide User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new processes and procedures as required. • Perform quality control (QC) on peers work and provide constructive feedback. • Utilize Unified Workflow (UW), Unified Desktop (UD), and Case Manager to route and review work. • Ensure all regulatory requirements are met, including compliance with responding to alternate carriers and preparing client notifications within regulatory timeframes. • Recommend technology and process advancements that increase effectiveness and efficiency.
