Requires 5+ years of experience, university degree preferred, and mandatory FINRA securities registrations.
The Divisional Director, Advisor Consultants leads and develops a team of Advisor Consultants by implementing strategies across all channels to build relationships with financial advisors with a focus on building sustainable organic growth through both virtual meeting settings and in-person engagement. The Divisional Director partners with leaders of internal teams and partner firms to best position the organization. This job leads strategy implementation, ensures talent development of Advisor Consultants and serves as a mentor and manager for the team. Key Responsibilities and Duties • Leads a team of Wealth Advisor Consultants across all channels to build and maintain relationships with financial advisors, focusing on retention as well as sustainable, organic growth. • Positions the organization for long-term success by identifying key trends and corresponding opportunities with partner firms and collaborating with internal sales and service teams to ensure Wealth Advisor Consultants are providing informed and robust solutions. • Develops and implements territory management and advisor segmentation strategies to ensure Wealth Advisor Consultant teams are effectively utilizing them to understand the client-value segments. • Champions the strategic initiatives of wealth advisory services throughout the organization. • Ensures Wealth Advisor Consultant teams are maximizing utilization of internal systems and customer relationship management (CRM) system as needed to drive results. • Oversees management of daily operations and responsibilities within the division, including budget and expense management and CRM system utilization. • Communicates with and influences organizational stakeholders and team members to ensure strict adherence to compliance. • Manages and develops performance of team by leading learning opportunities, providing regular, timely feedback and participating in one-on-one discussions, as well as the formal review process in order to ensure delivery of strategic initiatives, and to foster the engagement, motivation and development of team.
