Position Summary: We are seeking a visionary Senior Data Architect to lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide data strategies. This role is pivotal in shaping our data ecosystem, leveraging Microsoft Fabric and Azure technologies to drive innovation, efficiency, and scalability across the organization. As a Senior Data Architect, you will design robust data models, architect seamless integrations, and mentor a team of talented data engineers. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand complex business requirements and ensure data solutions align with strategic goals. Your expertise in data ingestion into Azure Fabric and Snowflake will be instrumental in building a modern, intelligent data platform. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the creation and implementation of enterprise-wide data strategies. • Architect scalable data models and integration frameworks using Microsoft Fabric. • Design and oversee data ingestion pipelines from ERP and other enterprise applications into Azure Fabric. • Setup Azure DevOps practices for CICD • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Mentor and guide data engineers in best practices, architecture standards, and career development. • Ensure data architecture aligns with governance, security, and compliance standards. • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact data solutions. • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovations to enhance data capabilities. • Document architectural decisions, data flows, and integration patterns. • Support agile development practices and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.8+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or enterprise data strategy. • Deep expertise in Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Services, and data modeling techniques. • Proven experience designing and implementing data integrations across complex systems. • Strong understanding of ERP systems and data ingestion methodologies. • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data pipeline orchestration tools. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or related industries. • Familiarity with data governance frameworks and metadata management. • Familiarity with AWS ecosystem, Redshift etc. • Knowledge of AI/ML data requirements and integration with analytical platforms. • Certification in Azure Data Architecture or related technologies.
